FIELD: biotechnology, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing a new novel human melanoma cellular line mel IL that possesses stable cultural and morphological indices and stored in the Specialized collection of vertebrate cell cultures of Russian collection of cellular cultures at number PKKK (P) 686D. The novel prepared cellular line is characterized by expression of melanoma (differentiating) markers - CD-63, HMB-45, HMW, MelanA, Tyrozinaza and cancer-testicular marker MAGE-3 also. Invention provides enhancing the effectiveness of antitumor (all-cell, genetic engineering) vaccines used in treatment of melanoma and other malignant neoplasms. Invention can be used in creature of antitumor vaccines.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of melanoma line.
