FIELD: building units, particularly multilayered panels with filler of soundproofing material adapted to be used in many industries, particularly for residential and office room soundproofing.

SUBSTANCE: soundproofing panel comprises soundproofing sections having equal shapes and dimensions. Each section has thickness reducing in panel height direction and consists of at least three layers. The first layer has increased thickness in comparison with other ones and is formed from one panel side. Another two layers have constant summary thickness or summary thickness thereof reduces in several steps constant in height and width directions thereof or reduces in uniform manner so that summary thickness of the first layer parts from wide section side and not covered with the second layer adjoining the first side is approximately equal to width of the first layer from narrow section side. The first section layers located from both section sides are made of material having acoustical absorption factor less than that of central section layers. The soundproofing sections are arranged in two rows. Adjacent soundproofing sections of each row are mechanically joined with each other by the first layers thereof to create alternating extensions and depressions. Both section rows are mechanically joined with each other so that each extension of the first section row in fully inserted in opposite depression of the second section row. The first layer arranged from wide side of one section row joins the first layer from narrow side of the second section row by means of additional fastening members.

EFFECT: increased soundproofing quality and panel universality.
