SUBSTANCE: device includes body, valve, lever connected to valve, and a spring. In accordance to invention device is provided with cone, positioned inside the body, lever with pin, axis, spring-loaded bushing with shelf, post with nut, worm screw for controlling worm wheel and stop, connected to worm wheel. Valve is mounted on axis, connected to body. Lever in lower part is supported by shelf of spring-loaded bushing, capable of vertical movement along post. Spring in lower part is supported by nut, shelves of which are inserted into groove of stop, it can also be contracted by worm screw.

EFFECT: possible adjustment of frequency and liquid oscillation amplitude.
