FIELD: well equipment engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, upper sub, balancing means mounted on axis and saddle with through aperture. Body has shelf, and vibrator is provided with lower sub and calibrated bushing mounted in body, which is supported by body shelf. Inside calibrated bushing a balancing means is placed, upper end of which is made in form of blade, and lower - together with disk for providing for periodical cover of pass aperture of saddle, which is spring-loaded and mounted with possible limited upper axial displacement inside the body.
