FIELD: technology for controlling productiveness of electric centrifugal pump plants, used in oil industry for extracting oil, in particular for extracting oil from low debit wells.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method for adjusting productiveness of electric centrifugal pump plant during oil extraction, electric centrifugal pump is periodically enabled and disabled. When electric centrifugal pump is enabled, part of bed fluid is fed to ground equipment. Remaining part of bed fluid is accumulated in submersible part of electric centrifugal pump plant and fed to ground equipment when electric centrifugal pump is disabled using hydraulic accumulator. Device includes a tubing string, electric centrifugal pump plant with electric centrifugal pump itself and a control station. Control station has programmable device for automatic repeated activation of electric centrifugal pump. At outlet of electric centrifugal pump hydraulic accumulator is mounted. At outlet of electric centrifugal pump plant, adjustable throttle is mounted.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of electric centrifugal pump plants used in low debit wells, increased lifetime of ground-based equipment, increased periods between maintenance for electric centrifugal pump and submersible electric engine and increased oil yield.
