FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in pump start-up and in varying frequency of circuit voltage of electric engine depending on well production watering. According to the invention, the electro-centrifugal pump lowered on oil-well tubing - OWT- is started up at minimal frequency of circuit voltage and correspondingly at minimal delivery. As soon, as liquid is received with a measuring device on surface, its watering is measured. Frequency of circuit voltage is increased and there is measured incoming liquid current watering. Value of obtained current watering is compared with watering at minimal delivery. If the obtained value of current watering exceeds or is equal to watering at minimal delivery, then frequency of circuit voltage is increased, till a value of current watering drops below watering at minimal delivery. In the late case frequency of circuit voltage is decreased till current watering exceeds or becomes equal to watering at minimal delivery. In case values of current watering obtained at increased delivery are less, than watering at minimal delivery, then frequency of circuit voltage is decreased till current watering exceeds or becomes equal to watering at minimal delivery. The procedure eliminates suction of liquid from a dynamic level of the pump and, correspondingly, its emergency shutdown.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of procedure for well operation equipped with electro-centrifugal pump plant with variable frequency drive due to control of pump delivery facilitated by check only one parameter of produced degassed liquid on surface.
