FIELD: weapon and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: cassette includes a casing, a piston unit, a gas generator, a frame with a front and a rear flange. Between these flanges, transverse rows are placed, separated by disks, rotating combat elements. A fuse is mounted in the front flange. At that, the bomb cassette has at least three ribbon springs and a rope. The piston device is made in the form of a disk with a sealing ring and a cup. The cup is mounted coaxially with the disk and is connected by means of a transition sleeve with the front flange. One end of each of the ribbon springs is fixed to the rear flange, and the other end is located between the transition sleeve and the cup. In the cup cavity a gas generator is placed with a central hole for transmission of the fire pulse obtained when the fuze is triggered. One end of the rope is fixed to the front flange, and the second - to the disk of the piston device. The rope itself is laid spirally on the outer surface of the transition sleeve. The piston device, disks and the rear flange are connected in series by means of flexible connections. Each of the following links is mounted on the side opposite to the side of the previous link mounting.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the bomb cassette under the conditions of low air head at low speeds and low altitudes of the carrier.
