FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes using second probe with thermal stream sensor. To determine thermo-physical properties of external layer of structure, frequency of thermal impulses of point heat source (laser) is measured until excessive temperature being controlled, recorded by heat receiver, becomes equal to previously given value. Frequency of thermal impulses is determined during that. On basis of mathematical dependencies, thermo-physical properties of external layers of structure are determined. To determine thermo-physical properties of internal layer, value of thermal flow is registered using sensor positioned on contact plane of second probe, and also temperature is measured in points, positioned appropriately below disk heater and on contact surface of thermal flow sensor.
EFFECT: increased precision.
