FIELD: control of flow.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises valving member, control unit, and gas flow meter. The outlet of the valving member is connected with the receiver through the inlet air-operated throttle. The receiver is connected with the inlet of the gas flow meter through the outlet air-operated throttle. The signal output of the gas flow meter is connected with the input of the control unit. The gas flow meter is made of a hot-wire anemometer, and the valving member is made of the electromagnetic valve that is controlled by pulse signal of variable duration from the control unit. The receiver plays a role of the accumulator.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and precision of control.
