FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to industrial dry storage cabinets designed to prevent the formation of an oxide film on conductive surfaces. It is achieved by the fact that when the nitrogen level in the dry storage cabinet decreases, it is automatically pumped up. The preset nitrogen level inside the DSC is monitored automatically with the help of an oxygen sensor and a nitrogen supply module, and the command to supply nitrogen to the DSC is supplied from the tracking system, which registers the oxygen level inside the DSC, compares it with the set level and gives an electrical signal to open (or close) pneumatic valve. The automatic nitrogen supply device is designed to create an inert environment inside the working volume of the DSC by reducing the oxygen level inside the product to the values determined by the operational requirements. The reduction of the oxygen level inside the DSC is carried out by replacing the oxygen inside the working volume of the product with gaseous nitrogen, which is supplied from the line or cylinder. Gaseous nitrogen displaces oxygen and fills the useful volume of the DSC.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of inert gas.
