FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to motor generators with internal combustion engines operating on diesel and gas fuels. Proposed is a gas-diesel motor generator with a control, containing a 16-cylinder gas-diesel internal combustion engine, a loading apparatus in the form of an electric generator 7 installed on the same frame with the engine, a diesel fuel supply line 8-11 with high pressure pumps 13, electromagnetic valves 13 for supplying diesel fuel through nozzles 14 to the cylinders of the engine, a gas supply line linking the gas fuel source 15 via the gas feeding apparatus 20 to the intake collector 4 of the engine, temperature sensors 21, pressure sensors 22, engine shaft rotation speed sensor 23, engine camshaft position sensor 24, sensor 25 for the load at the terminals of the generator, "Diesel - Gas diesel" mode switch 26. The gas-diesel motor generator is equipped with an apparatus for calculating the load at the terminals of the electric generator, a 16-position controller 27 issuing signals to the motor generator control system 29 to change the engine rotation speed and the load value of the generator depending on the current position of the controller, the engine rotation speed, and the pressure of the gas and air mixture in the receiver 4. The motor generator control system 29 changes the amount of supplied diesel and gas fuel in accordance with the diesel and gas fuel supply maps depending on the engine shaft rotation speed, the current load at the terminals of the generator, and the position of the "Diesel - Gas diesel" mode switch, and additionally, the consumption of diesel and gas fuel in steady-state and transient modes is calculated in the motor generator control system 29.
EFFECT: proposed gas-diesel motor generator with a control system and a 16-position controller provides a simpler structure and reconfiguration of operation of the motor generator, high reliability, automated transfer switching of the engine to the gas-diesel process, automated supply of liquid and gaseous fuel when changing the speed and load modes of operation, and improvement in the fuel conservation of the engine due to the liquid fuel being replaced with gas in transient and steady-state modes.
