SUBSTANCE: proposed composite mobile radio communication center has N transceiving radio stations of different types, (N + 1) handsets, telephone subscriber switching unit, conference circuit console, N voice signal detecting units, M-channel call signal detecting and shaping unit, signal conversion and voice detection unit, switching unit, telephone-channels fully accessible switching matrix, N telephone-channel buffer interfacing centers, fully accessible switching matrix control unit, N buffer telegraph channel interfacing devices, telegraph-channel fully accessible switching matrix, and telegraph-channel fully accessible switching matrix control unit; each telephone-channel buffer interfacing center has three selector switches, three matching centers, two low-pass filters, voice-signal detecting unit, analog-to-digital converter, digital-to-analog converter, and delay line.
EFFECT: affording fully accessible communications for telephone subscribers.
