The aforementioned effect is achieved by the fact that a satellite communication station 46 with an antenna system 47, two automated operator workstations (AOWS) equipped on the basis of laptop computers 6 and 8, four web cameras are additionally introduced into the mobile automated communication and control machine of the robotic complex. 2, 4, 7, 9, connected one by one to portable computers of automated workstations of officials (OAWS) 1 and 3 and AOWS 6 and 8, large-format liquid crystal (LCD) monitor 15, multifunction device (MFD) 12, control system server RTC 27, controlled digital video camera 28, thermal imager 29, channel switch 30, telephone system LB (local battery) 25, second microwave radio station 42 with antenna 43, VHF radio station 36 with antenna 37, broadband radio station 33 with two antennas 34 and 35, ground satellite communication station 48 with antenna system 49, public communications network 50, superior control center 51 and remote control center RTC 52.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of control of the robotic complex both in the parking lot and when it moves through the territory with different terrain relief.
