SUBSTANCE: electric kitchen appliance, in particular, juicer has receptacle 2 substantially manufactured in the form of hollow cylinder, and electric engine 8 designated for installation within receptacle through open end. First holding means are made in the form of a number of stop lugs 6 provided on elastically springy segments 5 of side wall 3 of receptacle 2. By means of said lugs electric engine equipped with mating retainers is axially fixed within said receptacle.
EFFECT: simplified and compact construction and increased efficiency.
