SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for holding and moving the product to be cut relative to the cutting appliance. The proposed kitchen tool bottom size features an intake chamber facing the cutting appliance, the proposed tool being made up of a top and bottom parts arranged so that the former moves relative to the latter between two extreme positions. The said intake chamber has a movable wall coupled with aforesaid top part. The said wall, as well as the bottom part section right around the lower side opening, is furnished with shaped elements that serve to hold the product being cut. The intake chamber inside accommodates guide pins penetrating through the said movable wall and extending to the plane of aforesaid opening. The said guide pins are arranged vertically and can have their lower side furnished with a sharp edge. These pins pierce through the product being cut to hold fixed stable relative to the cutting appliance gap to allow a uniform cutting.

EFFECT: reliable holding of product, simpler cutting.
