Substance of the invention is that the filtering material been out of the synthetic filaments in the form of the tubular knitted fabric with disposed inside the knitted fabric the rubber crumbs of 1.2-2.6 mm size and the pebble gravel of 3.2-4.5 mm size. The tubular knitted fabric contains the filling threads, which diameter exceeds the size of the rubber crumbs in 0.5-1.2 times. At that the volumetric ratio between the rubber crumbs and the pebble gravel makes 3:1. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of filtration in the process of purification of the liquids and gases, and the increased efficiency of purification of the shower flows and the industrial waste waters.
