FIELD: raising sunken items.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes base vessel and tackle block system with movable holder combining two twin tackle blocks. Mounted on opposite sides of movable holder are high-speed engines with disks of increased moments of inertia mounted on their shafts and oriented in vertical planes. Load-bearing structure of movable holder is made from two parallel beams with vertical stays in between them. Free ends of rope of each tackle block are secured on their drums on the outside relative to each other. Body on which each drum is mounted is made in form of pontoon to be placed on water surface inside base vessel and to be shifted relative to it. Axes of drums are oriented in way of shift of pontoons; bottom of each pontoon is provided with slotted passage oriented in way of shift of pontoon for run of steel wire rope running on drum. Each pontoon is shifted by length of drum and length of slotted passage in pontoon bottom is equal to the same magnitude.
EFFECT: enhanced stabilization of position of movable holder with cargo-gripping unit in preset plane.
