FIELD: facilities for raising sunken objects.

SUBSTANCE: proposed facility includes cargo-gripping unit, tackle-block system consisting of double tackle blocks mounted on base ship and provided with angle blocks embraced with steel wire ropes and combined in movable and immovable holders; proposed facility is also provided with drum mounted on truck for motion over guide rails; this drum is kinematically linked with drive engine. Mounted on movable holder combining two double tackle blocks are high-speed engines with disks secured on their shafts and oriented in vertical plane; they have increased moments of inertia. Load-bearing structure of movable holder is assembled from parallel beams with vertical ties between them located in staggered order. Free ends of ropes of each double tackle block are secured on their drums on outer sides relative to each other; axes of drums are parallel relative to rail tracks and are oriented in transversal or longitudinal directions relative to base ship.

EFFECT: avoidance of twisting of steel ropes under action of underwater currents; increased capacity of drums.
