FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing hardening agent for epoxy resins used in epoxide pouring and impregnation compounds, binding agents for fiber glass, epoxide enamels in making epoxide armor covers in reactive missiles and for other aims. Method involves preparing eutectic mixture of meta-phenylenediamine (A), 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (B) and technical para-aminobenzylamine (C) as a stabilizing agent taken in the ratio A:B:C from 10:85:5 to 60:5:35, respectively. Then part of this mixture is mixed with N-methylpyrrolidone in the ratio from 10:90 to 90:10 and technical diethylene glycol diglycidyl ester in 5-19-fold excess of eutectic mixture to obtain adduct. Adduct is mixed with remaining part of eutectic mixture in the ratio from 15:85 to 85:15 and kept at temperature 40-80°C for 10-40 min. Invention provides preparing a hardening agent that is stable in storage and transporting in temperature range from -60°C to +40°C and providing preparing epoxide polymers with enhanced relative elongation and good strength indices.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, improves and valuable properties of agent.
