FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; production of cold-rolled strips from isotropic electrical steels used for manufacture of magnetic circuits for electric motors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes production of cold-rolled semi-finished or finished strip from isotropic electrical steels of different groups of alloying by silicon and phosphorus by cold rolling followed by re-crystallization annealing; content of phosphorus in steel is equal to 0.15-0.30; 0.15-0.20; 0.09-0.15; 0.04-0.09 mass-% at total content of silicon and phosphorus ≤0.40; (0.40-1.30); (1.30-2.0); (2.0-2.6), respectively and content of aluminum up to 0.50%; re-crystallization annealing temperature is set according to: Trecr.≥Ac3 at P/Si≤0.13 and Trecr.<Ac3 at P/Si>0.13.

EFFECT: improved magnetic properties of steel.
