FIELD: gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shutoff-and-control valves and fittings for gas, oil and product lines. Proposed drive contains control device, reversible jet motor, mechanical drive, limit mechanical stops, limit switches, and manual stand-by operator. Mechanical drive is made in form of two series-connected units. First unit is furnished with device to absorb kinetic energy of drive moving parts. Manual stand-by operator has housing, handwheel with shaft, inlet gear, and manual operator outlet shaft with outlet gear rigidly connected to shaft. Inlet gear is freely fitted on outlet shaft of manual operator for free rotation of shaft. Bushing of gear is made in form of cam clutch member, and two- way cam clutch is installed on splines on outlet shaft for axial displacement, being axially spring loaded. Clutch is coupled through stops with fork and, through fork, with handle. Spring-loaded latch with projection is installed on fork. Stop is provided in housing and button is installed. Each face of handwheel shaft is provided with cam clutch member. EFFECT: improved reliability. 6 cl, 6 dwg
