SUBSTANCE: device interposed between the first unmovable member and second rotating member comprises a number of bristles whose first ends are connected to the brush seal and second ends are free. The bristles are in a contact with the second member defining a seal between the members. The seal has first and second thrust plates arranged at the opposite sides of the bristles. The first thrust plate is arranged over the side of the bristles that faces the inlet and is shifted toward the inlet from the side of the bristles that faces the inlet.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
