SUBSTANCE: carriage comprises frame with load-bearing beams, running rollers, cast sides with stationary boards connected with the detachable boards, seals, and fire grates. The faces of the inner load-bearing beams are provided with transverse strips. The height of the frame up to the plane of the transverse strips is 0.5-0.65 of the height from the plane defined by the surfaces of the fire grates to the faces of the detachable boards. The load-bearing beams of the frame are welded to the cast sides with respect to the pins of the running rollers behind the U-shaped grooves made in the sides for receiving the seals that can move in vertical direction under the action of their own weight at a distance of 0.8-2.0 of the groove width. The plates and longitudinal beams are provided with openings connected with the pipeline for supplying lubricant under pressure.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and enhanced strength of carriages.
