FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: pallet car frame includes side parts connected to each other and longitudinal beams consisting of at least one lower and one upper element, as well as gaps between elements for compensation of heat stresses, which are through-type throughout the height of each longitudinal beam and located from its edges at the distance equal to 0.9-1.2 of the beam height, and values of the gap is 0.001-0.002 of the distance between them throughout the length of the longitudinal beam. With that, the formed separate parts of the beams on opposite ends are rigidly attached to each other by means of a load-carrying detachable connection. The load-carrying detachable connection is made in the form of cross-beams with open slots, which are installed on opposite ends of longitudinal beams in the gap for compensation of heat stresses with possibility of contacting between each other. A key is installed in a cavity formed with slots of cross-beams, and cross-beams are combined with a clamping bolt.
EFFECT: providing compensation of heat stresses without reduction of mechanical durability at simultaneous improvement of repairability.
