FIELD: military engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves loading gunshot unit into barrel bore, shooting and removing charger through muzzle. The charger has prechamber with booster having upper and lower aperture at its ends. The shell and charger are separated in the barrel bore on reaching given pressure. The charger is withdrawn through the muzzle by creating pressure difference on the upper and lower aperture of charger prechamber because of dynamic component difference in gunpowder gas pressure. A gunshot unit for shooting from artillery guns or mortars comprises a shell and charger having prechamber with booster, fulminate cap bushing, missile charge and enforcement unit. The upper and lower aperture are available at its ends. The lower aperture diameter is equal to artillery gun or mortar caliber. Upper aperture passage area is equal to or less than that of the lower aperture.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of artillery gun and mortar systems; improved operation characteristics.
