FIELD: fire-fighting; methods and devices for fire-fighting.
SUBSTANCE: the invention represents the fire-fighting device used for fighting the fires on the rather big areas or in the rather great volume. The indicated device contains the guidance system for identification of the target area, which is necessary to cover with fire retardant, and the artillery-technical mean for throwing the sets of the shells containing the fire retardant. The artillery-technical mean of the device contains, some sets of the gun barrels, and at least one set of the gun barrels having many shells placed axially in the gun barrel channel at the dense working contact with the walls of the gun barrel channel, and the separate throwing charges for relocation of the corresponding charges along the gun barrel channel and their consecutive throw through the gun barrel channel section, owing to what the pointed fire retardant is scattered over the target area or within the limits of the target volume.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the fire-fighting retardant scattering over the target fire area or within the limits of the target fire volume.
