SUBSTANCE: milling cutter includes cutting teeth, cuttings grooves forming front surfaces of teeth blades provided with band zones along outer and end surfaces of blades having additional back angles along end surfaces. In order to enhance efficiency of working process due to possibility of reversing cutting, blades are arranged at both sides of teeth and they have common surface and end surface with additional back angles; both said surfaces are joined with band zones.
