FIELD: chemical industry; molding devices for production of the plastic pipes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention represents the molding device having the molding ducted work tool making the reciprocating movement and capable to mold the products of the various configuration. The molding device contains the movable molding ducted work tool formed by the molding block arranged behind on the trajectory of molding and at least by one molding block arranged ahead on the trajectory of molding, which both are moving backward and forward on the indicated trajectory. The indicated device also has the extrusion die with at least one channel for the flow of the plastics material, which in turn having the outlet opening, through which the plastics material moves into the molding ducted work tool. The molding block arranged behind on the trajectory of molding has the first and second zones of the molding of the product. At the first stage of the molding in the molding device the indicated first zone is arranged so, that to provide the feeding of the plastics of the plastics materials into it from the outlet opening of the indicated channel, and the indicated second zone remains behind of this opening on the trajectory of molding and molding of the continuous sections of the pipe having corrugations. At the second stage of the molding both indicated zones of the molding block are arranged behind on the trajectory of the molding, the first and the second zones are arranged so, that to provide feeding into the of the plastics materials with the purpose to change the shape of the cross-section of the pipe. The molding block arranged ahead on the trajectory of the molding has the zones of molding of the product intended for reception of the product molded in both indicated zones of the molding block arranged behind on the first and second trajectories of molding.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the molding device with the molding ducted work tool making the reciprocating movement is capable to mold the products of the various configurations.
