FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: extrusion device that extrudes continuous long and hollow plastic product contains extruder. Extruder supplies melted plastic through head into molding tunnel. Tunnel is created with molding units that move abreast. In specified device air inside product that is located inside molding tunnel, has turbulence for provision of product hardening with required shape. Air turbulence is provided with element that transports air and is located inside product in molding tunnel, and energy source for specified element located outside molding tunnel. Also there are facilities of energy transfer for supply of energy from energy source to air-transporting element through specified head without its cooling. Power is supplied to air-transporting element from power source through extruder head installed upstream molding channel, eliminates demand in installation of additional working equipment in the downstream tunnel end.
EFFECT: reduction of expenses and increase of efficiency.
