FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for impregnating reinforced-concrete articles, which allows reinforced-concrete articles to be impregnated both immediately after thermomoist treatment and in any stage including period when hardening is completed under natural conditions. In the method comprising saturation of protective layer of reinforced-concrete articles with impregnating composition under action of electric current, saturation is carried out in 10% dispersion of vinyl-series polymer applying alternate current at 30-40 v and current density 10-30 A/m2 for 10 min, articles having been preliminarily moistened with water. Temperature of impregnating composition is maintained within a range of +10°C to 45°C, provided that articles to be impregnated are moistened to the depth of protective layer or surface moistening is performed to the depth 1-2 mm by way of sprinkling water.
EFFECT: increased corrosion resistance of articles.
