SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used for applying of cover layers in making internal and external surfaces of building constructions and buildings. The composition comprises a thickening agent as carboxymethylcellulose sodium and froth breaker as tributyl phosphate, latex of triple copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and maleic acid and water. Invention provides anticorrosive stability of ferroconcrete constructions in exploitation.
