SUBSTANCE: method comprises screwing the bearing ring into the metallic pipe so that the smooth section of the pipe is positioned in the metallic pipe and projects out of the end of the metallic pipe. The pressing ring is screwed on the end of the metallic pipe so that the smooth section of the pressing ring provided with the flange projects out of the end of the metallic pipe. The end of the metallic pipe receives the sealing ring made of graphite. The ring is deformed and pressed axially and radially by means of the bolts that pass through the opening in the flange of the pressing ring and in the flange of fitting.
EFFECT: simplified assembling and reduced power consumption.
