FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: pressurized branch socket for exhaust pipe connection in the outlet area comprises a tubular transition element (6) having an internal opening (4) and a press-fit sleeve (10) having a adapter sleeve (8). The tubular transition element (6) has a sealing surface (12) for sealing against the outer wall of the pipe. The adapter sleeve (8) has a tapered end portion (14) facing away from the tubular transition element (6). The invention also relates to a tool for fixing a pressurized branch socket in a pipe.
EFFECT: reduced installation costs.
