FIELD: petroleum refining, chemical and automotive industries.

SUBSTANCE: after delivery of fuel to the process vessel it is degassed and dehydrated. Solidified paraffin series gas, mainly propane, butane or their mixture is regenerated to a gaseous state simultaneously with dehydration. Then, the degassed and dehydrated liquid hydrocarbon fuel is saturated by it by supply of gas under the fuel layer at a constant agitation of the latter and maintenance of positive pressure in the proportioner or dispersal of fuel at its injection under pressure to the proportioner with hydrocarbon gas. The plant is provided with a device for regeneration of the solidified hydrocarbon gas to a gaseous state, vessel for its keeping, continuous-action deaerator with a bubbling column, proportioner and drain lines with centrifugal pumps.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
