FIELD: motor fuels. SUBSTANCE: gasoline are processed under catalytic reforming conditions and products are separated into gas fraction (hydrogen and C1-C4-hydrocarbons) and liquid high-octane fraction. From the latter, C1-C5- hydrocarbon gases are removed in rectification column and recycled into reforming zone to be reprocessed. Recycling C1-C5-hydrocarbon gas is combined with additional amounts of C3-C5-hydrocarbon gases from outside source composed of mixture of saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons. EFFECT: increased yield of liquid high-octane component by 3-6%. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 8 ex
