FIELD: heating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for warming premises up and it also can be used in structures of heat exchangers and during their production. Method of making heat exchanger is based upon formation of cone-shaped crimp seals onto plate by means of subjecting them to multi-operational elongation by stamping to remove bottoms of crimp seals. Then technological opening is made onto plate. The opening is made after first operation of elongation of any crimp seal at its bottom. After stamping of crimp seals and bottom removal operations are finished, cylindrical belt s made at ends of crimp seals. Riffles are made onto surface of plate.
EFFECT: elimination of cracks and neckings on surface plate during making of heat exchange element.
