FIELD: engine technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for the manufacture of plate heat exchangers for small-sized gas turbine engines (SGTE) and installations (SGTI) of a complex cycle. The method is characterized by the fact that by means of stretch pressing identical plates with peripheral edges and flanges are formed, heat-exchange elements are assembled by pairwise fixation and welding of the peripheral edges of the plates to each other end-to-end by laser welding, the supply and discharge pipes are connected and placed into the housing, wherein in the process of manufacture of the plates of the heat exchanger, the width of the peripheral edges is selected taking into account the deformation of the edges during stamping, after stamping, the flanges are additionally straightened and the peripheral edges are cut, and before welding of the heat exchange elements, fixing inserts are installed in the channels for supplying and removing the coolant, which are removed at the end of welding.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the geometrical dimensions of the heat exchange elements by reducing deformations during the manufacture of the heat exchanger.
