FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: microwave frequency meter can be used for measurement of detected radiation of low-power microwave radio-transmitting devices. Input of coaxial line is connected with point of connection of cathode of first matching resistor. Second output of matching resistor is connected with earthing bus. Anode of first diode is connected with inverting input of first operational amplifier which has non-inverting input connected with earthing bus. Output of operational amplifier is connected with inverting input through negative feedback circuit. Output of coaxial line is connected with point of connection of cathode of second diode with second matching resistor. Second output of resistor is connected with earthing bus. Anode of second diode is connected with inverting input of second operational amplifier which has non-inverting input connected with earthing bus. Output of second operational amplifier is connected with its inverting input through negative feedback circuit. Input Z of analog multiplier is connected with output of first operational amplifier. Input X of analog multiplier is connected with output of second operational amplifier. Output of multiplier is connected with input of indicator.
EFFECT: ability of working within super-high frequencies; widened range of measured frequencies; simplified design.
