FIELD: electromechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed motor has steel stator core whose internal slots accommodate multiphase winding and flexible magnetically sensitive component installed in a spaced relation within stator core and made in the form of radially flexible single-layer ferromagnetic strip with radially ordered axial pins whose end portions protruding beyond ferromagnetic strip edges are disposed for displacement in slots of power disks mounted on motor shaft contiguously to stator core butt-ends. Sequential excitation of stator winding phases causes attraction of flexible magnetically sensitive component to stator inner surface and deformation of flexible component. In the process axial pins are moving within slots of power disks in radial and tangential directions due to clearance between them and flexible component moves tangentially in direction reverse to that of magnetic-field wave in absence of slip between flexible component portions abutting against stator.
EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, simplified design, enhanced electromagnetic torque.
