FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, specifics of realization of method for manufacturing a winding of electric motor having stator with cylindrical core and winding which consists, in particular, of two layers of coils.

SUBSTANCE: to achieve given technical effect during manufacture of sheet part, consisting of a set of coils of current-conductive wire, a part of external surface of mandrel is covered in a layer of non-adhesive substance, a part of external surface of mandrel with applied non-adhesive layer is covered in a layer of adhesive substance, wire is wound onto external surface of mandrel to create a coil of wire in contact with adhesive layer, wire coil and at least a part of adhesive layer are removed from mandrel, and wire coil is flattened to create a sheet part, which contains two layers of coils, connected by aforementioned adhesive layer. Presence of non-adhesive layer makes it possible to easily remove the winding from the mandrel, and adhesive layer holds coils of winding in place during the following flattening of the coil. As a result, disorder in winding coils is prevented and manufacture of motor is simplified with simultaneously improved working characteristics thereof.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture of electric motors and increased efficiency thereof due to ensured more durable connection of layers of coils of sheet part, consisting of a set of coils of current-conductive wire and constituting the winding of electric motor, and also due to reduced thickness thereof.
