SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to conduct roentgenological inspection of stomach and duodenum at peroral contrasting them with barium suspension. Moreover, at first, under ultrasound control it is necessary to fulfill thin-needle puncture of pancreatic cyst by introducing roentgenological substance into the cyst followed by simultaneous procedure of cystography and gastric and duodenal roentgenography. According to roentgenograms obtained one should detect the connection of cyst with pancreatic ducts, mutual location of pancreatic cyst and stomach and duodenum and the distance from the cyst up to different gastric and duodenal departments that provides the chance to match optimal tactics of operative interference at the stage of pre-operational studying.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
