Material is collected for histological examination from different places of tumors of the pancreatic head and the distal section of the choledochus. At the same time, percutaneous puncture external-internal drainage of the bile ducts and endoscopic papillosphincterotomy of the large duodenal papilla are performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to limit oneself to anesthesia, to reduce the X-ray load on the patient and medical personnel, to reduce the likelihood of postoperative complications, and to reduce the period of inpatient treatment of the patient.
