FIELD: medicine, particular, methods of suppression of pancreatic secretion inpatients ill with acute pancreatitis. SUBSTANCE: method of suppression of pancreatic secretion in acute pancreatitis includes introduction of catheter by means of endoscope to the initial part of empty intestine. After installation of jejunum catheter, introduced into intestine is electrolyte solution and chyme is washed-off. In case of absence of stool, procedure is repeated next day. If required, the catheter is left for performance of jejunum probe feeding. EFFECT: improved results.
