SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate the degree of the risk of uterine hemorrhages due to carrying out anamnestic and clinic investigations to detect the availability of the following informative risk factors evaluated in points: abnormalities of parturient activities in patient's mother - 1 point; frequent ARVI in girls - 2 points; a patient's infectious index above 3-2 points; chronic stress - 3 points; deviation of sexual development point against age standards - 3,5 points; complicated maternal gynecological anamnesis - 3.5 points; chronic diseases of ORL-organs - 3.5 points, disorders in menstrual cycle in girls - 4 points. Then it is necessary to calculate the sum of points: if it is below 10 one should state upon low-degree risk for uterine hemorrhage or its relapse, in case it is above 10 one should diagnose high-degree risk for the debut of uterine hemorrhage or its relapse. The innovation enables to evaluate objectively the degree of the risk of uterine hemorrhage relapses in female teenagers and conclude either upon interrupting, continuing or altering the therapy conducted.
