SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating malignant prostatic tumors at different stages of tumoral process. Firstly, it is necessary to remove testicular parenchyma, carry out precision vascular coagulation of testicular albuginea, suture in the edges of albugineal incision with uninterrupted blanket suture to develop a cavity, the last stitch should be applied around the needle through which, secondly, it is necessary to introduce with a syringe 80 mg Estradurine dissolved in 5.0 ml 1%-Novocain solution. On injecting the solution mentioned the needle should be removed and the knot of suture should be tightened. Analogous interference should be fulfilled at opposite testicle. The innovation enables to create the depot of hormonal estrogenic preparation in testicular cavity, decreases the number of complications after estrogenic therapy, produces favorable hormonal profile and enables to avoid cosmetic operational defects.
