SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of patients with malignant prostatic tumors at different stages of tumor process. While implementing the operation one should carry out testicular paracentesis with a needle and due to needle's forward motion it is necessary to destroy and suck off all testicular parenchyma up to the capsule. Suction should be controlled by needle's sliding along the capsule. One should fulfill aspiration orchiectomy with the help of the apparatus for liposuctioning. The space appeared should be filled in with the gel. The developed testicular phantom is being a natural formation in scrotal cavity at keeping circulatory pathways, testicular volume and innervation. The innovation enables to keep initial testicular size and consistence after parenchymal removal carried out as a stage of hormone therapy.
