FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressure chamber equipped with sealing cuff and flexible sleeves for making contact with patient's body, vacuum system connected to pressure chamber and equipped with vacuum pump, and unit for controlling and adjusting vacuum rarefaction in pressure chamber. Control unit has vacuum gauge, adjusting choke mounted onto drainage duct, which connects pressure chamber with atmosphere, and step pulse interrupter. First output of step pulse interrupter is connected with control input of vacuum pump. Control and adjusting unit additionally has controller made with comparison unit at its input, switch, comparator, first and second set-point devices, OR gate and first and second drainage valves mounted for connection of pressure chamber with atmosphere. Control input of switch is connected with first output of step pulse interrupter. Outputs of vacuum meter and of first set-point device are connected with differential inputs of regulator's comparison unit. First input of comparator is connected with output of vacuum meter. Second input of comparator is connected with output of second set-point device. First input of OR gate is connected with output of comparator. Output of OR gate is connected with input of switch. Output of regulator is connected with second input of switch. Control input of first drainage valve is connected to first output of switch. Control input of second drainage valve is connected with second output of step pulse interrupter. Control input of control choke is connected with second output of switch.
EFFECT: improved reliability of control; minimized sizes of structure.
