FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes local abdominal decompression (LAD) of lower part of athlete's body, which is placed in hermo chamber, provided with sleeves for lower extremities. Impact by pulses of negative air pressure 3.0-4.5 kPa with time of impact 2-3 min and pause time 1-2 minutes is performed and compensating positive pressure 3.0-4.5 kPa is created on lower extremities synchronously with impact of negative pressure pulses on lower body part. To accelerate excretion of toxic metabolites, formed in organism under physical load, enterosorbent, for instance "Filtrum", is taken in before carrying out LAD.
EFFECT: increase of blood plasma albumins and testosterone level and reduction of stress effect, reduction of cortisol level, in athletes after hard physical load, requiring fast and complete recovery.
