FIELD: means for doing simple physical exercises.
SUBSTANCE: portable mini-exerciser is made in the form of independent module having casing which may be fixed on user's back or on any suitable rigid object, for example, on chair back. Main part of mini-exerciser is rotating reversing loading device of any type: mechanical braking devices, electric generators, peristaltic pumps and compressors. Force applied to loading device is transmitted through flexible cable equipped with grips fixed at cable ends, said grips being furnished with flexible cable accumulators allowing length of cable to be adjusted in accordance with user's anthropologic data. Rotary supports are used for introducing of flexible cable into casing of independent module, said cable being directed through said supports.
EFFECT: wider operational and functional capabilities and increased convenience in usage.
