FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method employs anisotropy of physical space of Universe with transmission of energy to matter in active zone of space with gradient of modulus of summary cosmological potential AΣ(grad|AΣ|) other than zero. Active zone of space is formed in liquid in form of cavitation zone with application of magnetic field to said zone, liquid passed over active zone is displaced along circuit with change of summary vector potential AΣ on trajectory of liquid movement, and, at least on part of said trajectory, liquid is displaced along gradient of gravitational field of earth with formation of upstream and downstream of liquid in circuit after active zone. Plant for production of thermal energy contains liquid-filled circulation circuit arranged vertically higher than centrifugal pump. Said circuit includes interconnected upstream and downstream liquid pipelines arranged in one vertical plane. Device for forming cavitation zone is installed at inlet of upstream pipeline. Invention makes is possible to create ecologically clean plants for generating thermal energy with minimum heat power at a level of one kilowatt and maximum heat power of hundreds and thousands of kilowatts.

EFFECT: no combustion of fuel for heating.
